There are 3 connections you need to make on the bottom right of your Motherboard.
Locate the positions of these 3 Headers:
USB 3.0 Header
USB 2.0 Header
ASUS Q Connector
Make a note of the position of the pins.
Then make a note of the position of the openings on the corresponding connectors.
They are keyed so that they can never be inserted the wrong way.
First connect the USB 3.0 Connector to the USB 3.0 Header on the Motherboard.
This connects the 2 front USB 3.0 ports on the case.
Next, connect the USB 2.0 Connector to the USB 2.0 Header on the Motherboard.
This connects the 2 front USB 2.0 ports on the case.
Next, connect the ASUS Q Connector.
Finally, connect the HD Audio Connector to the Audio Header on the lower left of the Motherboard.
This connects the 1/8” Microphone and Headphone Jacks on the front of the case.
This is how the 4 connections should look like:
1. HD Audio
2. USB 3.0
3. USB 2.0
4. ASUS Q Connector
