Unpack the 18” long SATA 3 Cable SC-SATA3-18-LL-BK-90
One end has a 90 degree connector.
Make 2 Labels.
Label both ends like this.
Connect one end of this cable to the top Port #3 of Group B on the Motherboard.
Connect the other end to the SATA Data Port of HD 1.
Note: When you need to connect vertically stacked SATA Data Ports, it is much easier if you start by connecting the bottom port first.
This is the reason why you made the HD3 connection first, followed by HD1.
