After a BIOS Update it is always safer and recommended to load the Default BIOS Settings.
Press F5to load the Default Settings
Load Optimized Defaults?
Click Yes
This takes you back to square one!
The CPU Speed is back to 3400MHz (Default)
The Memory Frequency is back to 2133MHz (Default)
You would need to go through the EZ Tuning Wizard (F11) and Q-Fan Settings (F6) one more time to bump up the Memory Frequency and set the Fan Speeds.

Idle CPU Temperature = 37 deg C.
This is a good number for an air cooled CPU. A liquid cooled CPU can get this number down by 5 degrees. However, this level of extreme performance is not necessary for the system you are building to run 24/7.
