Slide in the ASUS DVD burner on the top Optical Drive Bay from the front.
Carefully align these 2 Optical Drive screw holes on the top bay.
Insert 2 Optical Drive Screws and apply a few turns.
Do not tighten!
This is your ASUS DVD burner stacked on top of the LG Blu-ray burner.
Flip the case and open the back panel.
Carefully align these 4 holes on the other side.
This should be easy, as you have not tightened the 4 screws on the other side.
Screw in 4 Optical Drive screws with a few turns.
Now use your thumb to alternately tighten the Optical Drive screws 1 turn at a time from each side.
Do not over tighten.
The main job of these 8 Optical Drive screws is to prevent the 2 Optical Drives from sliding in or out of the case as you load the tray.
They hold the 2 Optical Drives in place while the disc is spinning reading or writing data.
You have completed mounting the DVD and Blu-ray Drives.
Next, you will be mounting the Solid State Drives.
