Add a few drops of ArctiClean Thermal Material Remover.

If you do not have a bottle of ArctiClean Thermal Material Remover, you can use a few drops of 91% Isopropyl Alcohol.

After removing the Thermal Paste, you must add a few drops of ArctiClean Thermal Surface Purifier.
Wipe the surface clean with a coffee filter.

Wait for the surface to dry out completely before applying the Thermal Paste.
