Disconnect all SATA Data Cables except the ASUS DVD Burner
To make the Windows 7 installation process as simple and fool proof as possible, disconnect the SATA Data cables from all your drives, except the ASUS DVD.
Open the rear panel, and disconnect the SATA Data Connectors to:
Western Digital HD #1
Western Digital HD #2
Western Digital HD #3
Samsung 850 EVO SSD
Samsung 850 PRO SSD
In addition, remove the SATA Data Connector from the LG Blu-ray.
Do not disconnect the SATA Data Connectors on the Motherboard!
Do not disconnect any SATA Power Connectors!
Make sure the SATA Data Connector on the ASUS DVD Burner is secure. This is the only drive you would need to install the OS on the Samsung 950 PRO M.2 Internal SSD.
