Copy the entire help folder to the Web Server

 
Zip the help folder and copy help.zip to the Web Server under:
 
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\
 
Extract help.zip
 
You will get:
 
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\help\
 
You would now be able to open Chrome and launch the Help System on your Web Server with a URL that may look something like this:
 
http://dacrsdgispweb01.enterprise.maricopa.gov/help/
