The very first thing you should do after importing a Word Doc is to Save your Project.
Click on the Save Icon.
Create a new folder named Projects anywhere on your machine.
Enter Sample as your File name. Click Save.
This creates a brand new Dr. Explain project file named Sample.gui.
Notice, the project header now shows the new Project Name = Sample.
