Configure the Map Widget Actions
Open the Page Tab and Select Map 1 from the Page Outline.
Open the Action Tab for the Map 1 Widget
Add a trigger
Select a trigger = Extent Changes
Select a target = Framework
Select an Action = Filter data records
Select data
Expand Adopt a Road 2
Select Available for Adoption
Select Default
These are your Action Settings for the Map Widget
View Published Item
You see the entire list while the Map is Zoomed to the full extent.
Zoom in close
The List gets filtered by the Map Extent
Click on the Home Button to get back to the full extent
You can now view the Full List
Pick 107th Ave from the List
Notice, the Map does not zoom to the selected record
Next, you will add the necessary actions to the List Widget
