These are your Action Settings for the List Widget:

View the Published Item

Make sure the Zip Code Layer is turned on.

Select any Zip Code from the List.

The map will zoom to the selected Zip Code.

The selected Zip Code will be highlighted in cyan.

Click on the Home Button to go back to the full extent.
