You will be installing Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS with Service Pack 1 on your Samsung 950 PRO M.2 256GB Internal SSD.

Window 7 Professional 64-bit DVD with SP-1
Samsung NVMe Driver for Windows 7 64-bit OS
Disconnect all SATA Data Cables except the ASUS DVD Burner
Rest the case upright on 4 Super Sliders
Label the DisplayPort Cables
Connect a single Monitor, Wired Keyboard & Mouse
Configure the ASUS UEFI BIOS for OS Install
Set SATA Controller to AHCI
Enable Fast Boot
Enable CSM (Compatibility Support Module)
Disable Secure Boot
Insert the Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS DVD
Save & Exit the ASUS UEFI BIOS Utility
Install Windows
Insert the Samsung NVMe Driver CD
Insert the Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS DVD
Enter a User Name and Computer Name
Create an Admin Password for your ArcGIS PC
Enter the 25-character Product Key
Do not install updates at this time!
Set up the Time Zone and Time.
